In our initial interview Mr. Stout described his plans for creating a terraced bed and plans for moving one existing azalea bush for better effect. I'm disabled so when he showed up to do the work I assumed he'd do what he'd described in the interview... WRONG!! His son planted the four bushes and spread some mulch but that was it. No terracing and no care to be seen. A phone call to complain got nothing. I'd DEFINITELY not recommend these folks!

We had been told that the beds would be terraced to create a gentle mounding. No terracing was done, the job took approximately an hour, and $425 was misspent on a sloppy, inadequate job. I'm disabled and took this gentleman at his word only to discover we had way overpaid. Later, on the phone, Mr. Stout claimed his charges were justified. I don't think so!
