He stuck with the bid that he had originally given me. He did a great job and cleaned up the driveway. They were professional and on time, and was very personable and nice. I would definately recommend him to others!

I called him the next day and agreed to the price and requested that they schedule the service as soon as practicable. They came out within a few days cut the tree down and chipped all the wood and racked up all the debris. Great Job!

They were great. They arrived on time and even left the mulch, so that I could use it in my garden. The trees were dangerously close to our house, and they were able to take them down in sections, which was the safer route to go.

They did not arrive as scheduled to inspect/provide estimate, but called to apologize for the delay. Service was fast, done when promised, and reasonable.

They did a great job. They actually came in and took care of the trees, cleaned it up really well and it was pretty uneventful. I didn't have to hear anything, it worked according to plan. I would give them B+ overall because the only thing they did was that they were supposed to get off the golf course, which is the golf course law, and do it early in the morning and they came in the afternoon. It was like a Monday or a Tuesday so no golfers yelled at us but they could have. Their pricing was very competitive and good.

I had called the company and described the tree to them. He said he was in the area and that he could look at it. He said I had given him a good description of the tree after seeing it. The crew came that afternoon and did the job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very reasonably priced. They were also very responsive and very careful when they cut down the tree. They held a couple of younger trees to the side so that when the big tree fell it wouldn’t cause any damage. Theirs is a small family business and they were very good. My neighbor had watched them do the job. He actually had another company cut down a similar tree, but they were more expensive. We were very impressed with Specialty Tree Service.

We had a big pine tree that was dead, had partially fallen and was about to hit our fence, as well as another big pine tree that was leaning towards our house. Bill and his crew came out, took down both trees, as well as cleared out the smaller dead trees in our yard and hauled everything away. Removing the big pines involved tree climbing, pulleys and ropes. These guys are great!!! We will definitely keep their number and use them again.

The last time that I had them do work for me was to cut down a large hard wood tree that was leaning toward a fence from recent storm damage. He had to climb the tree and cut it down in sections (lowering each section down after he cut it). He never once came close to hitting the fence. My insurance company recommended this company.
