Terrible. Contract was entered into on Feb 2, 2017. Old deck was removed Feb 20, 2017 before receiving HOA aloroval. We were lead to believe that the HOA application and design package had already been submitted. WRONG! Deck framing finally started the second week in March. Composite decking naterial was finally ordered on March 30th. Material was to be there in 1 week but it took 2 weeks and then not all of the material was delivered. When setting up the contract on Feb 2nd we were told tbat we did not need a permit when we inquired. GUESS WHAT. We received a violation notice from tbe county because we did not have a permit for rhe deck replacement. Deck was still not complete on July 4th. Five months still not 100% done with the job. Deck was done enough that we told them that we did not want tbem install the under decking. I wont use them again or recommend tbem to anyone else.
