Exceeded my expectations

It was an extremely cold day. We had to turn off the water coming into the house because of the leak. When I called Yvette she told me that her crew could come out the next day as they had many calls and were fully scheduled that day. I told her of our circumstances and not having water in the entire house and she worked me into their tight schedule. She told me the crew would be at my house in about an hour and a half and they were here on time, completed fixing the leak and turned the water to the house back on. The price that I was charged was reasonable. I highly recommend SOS Plumbing Services.

It went very smoothly. They worked well with the tile installer as well as other contractors to get the job done. We were missing a valve needed for the shower faucet and they had one on their truck that was compatible.. We had a problem with the kitchen sink faucet after installation and they came back out promptly and fixed the problem.

Splendid! I had a water leak in the expansion tank. Chris came out the same day and replaced it. Our twin 50G water heaters are over 15 years old, so I asked for quotes to replace with same or tankless. I chose the tankless option for efficiency and longevity. Chris came back two days later with his team and they did a great job. Good communication with him as well as with the office (Yavette was awesome). Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend!
