I have been very happy with everything about this company. Once, I did not close my back door all the way and the wind blew it open and triggered the alarm. They called the police right away, then called me. The police were at my house within 3 minutes of the call and on the alarm report, they had called the police inside of 5 seconds after the alarm sounded. I really do not think I could ask for better than that.
