Idependently owned & operated. We have nine employees. Our technician has over 15 years experience, our warehouse manager has over 20 years experience and our office manager has over 12 years of experience with Servpro. We will bill your insurance company. We do have a minimum charge for our services. We use sub-contractors when necessary. When disaster strikes - we help you take it back and make it like it never even happened. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - but we can handle your emergencies 24/7/365. Just call our number and we will get right on it.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE Customer service is absolute trash. Rude, inconsiderate, you name it. DIANA could not care less about customer's needs. Add Michelle to the list of rude employees here. She cared more about the number of times I called (4) than actually resolving the problem. Actual people doing the work were fantastic.

DO NOT USE they are completely indifferent and incompetent to their customers and do not match the standards of the company name it’s a franchise and not run properly the owner is unresponsive and the workers are rude and irresponsible

They removed the carpets, put in industrial dehumidifiers and fans. They pulled up flooring and put fungicides downs and cleaned up ceiling tile that was in the basement that has disintegrated and was everywhere. For the amount of work they did and the hours they spent here, it seemed reasonable.
