RPM Landscape And Pavers

They were always delayed for one reason or another. Weather delay I would deal with because you can't do much about that but they would put another job over me or something and couldn't deliver when they said. The patio design turned out beautifully. It took about 6 weeks to do the job with 3 workers. It was very slippery and we went back and forth about putting an extra layer on but he said he didn't want to do it. I thought it needed to be done but he didn't think it needed it. I think it would cause a serious issue with my children.

The project went very well. Bob was very responsive to all questions and inquiries. He returned phone calls very promptly and was very professional. The wall looks great and is exactly what I wanted and was expecting. The crew showed up when they were expected. A couple punch list items were quickly resolved without a fuss. The job site was fully cleaned up at the completion of the job. The price was reasonable. I received quotes from 5-6 landscapers and RPM was on the lower side. However, Bob also listed to what I wanted and did not try to sell me additional services I did not want. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would use RPM again or recommend them to others.
