Kenny is the man. Our house had sat unoccupied for nearly 7 years before moving in, so there was a lot of time for rodents to make it their home. Kenny Bundy provided exceptional service. He answered the phone immediately, scheduled an appointment time to come out the same day to give me an estimate. He arrived timely, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what his services would include and gave me a price. He didn't pressure me to make a decision right away. I felt his price was very reasonable and I clearly understood what the price included, so I hired him on the spot. He got started right away and within 24 hours my problem was resolved. He humanely trapped the nuisance squirrel, inspected my home for damage and other possible points of entry, and made the necessary repairs. I feel he is a hard working, honest guy who truly enjoys his work and wants to safely remove the critters so they can live happily far, far away from your home. Please note that I knew it was a squirrel problem and I also knew exactly where the point of entry was, the squirrel would climb my screen to jump to the roof and climb inside her hole! This perhaps made the job easier and less time consuming than some jobs. That said, I would think my quote reflected that, yours will be different I'm sure based on your unique situation and time involved. Highly recommended!
