Exterior Painting
Initial experience was good. Price was right and the painting crew was very good. However, experience took a huge decline after the painting was done. I partly blame myself for trusting Chase Leonard. Shame on me. As we did our walk around I noticed overspray on our concrete stairs and landing as well as trim paint on the house panels. Chase assured me he would have someone out to fix the issues. I had no prior indication he was not a man of his word. I've since tried 4 times to get in touch with Chase and zero response. I'm disappointed- thought he was a man of his word. I know word of mouth is powerful, so I continue to tell people of my experience with RCI.
