+ -1 moreInstalled roof at my residence. Completed 4/26/09..Have had recurring problem with leak in one area of roof 2010, 2011. Some repair, replacement work done 2010. Mr Yarbrough advised I had a broken rafter that probably caused the leak. He said it was probably caused by limb falling on roof. The same person has cleaned my gutters for 7 years, neither he or the company that installed new gutters in 2010 [Mr Yarbrough told me I did not need new gutters, only needed existing gutters " re-attached' and tightened up] noticed any exterior damage to roof. Their opinion was the damage was caused by roofers dropping bundles of roofing material. I paid to have rafter repaired. In 2010. RenTech contacted fo repair leak 2011.Did some repair, replacement of shingles. In March 2013 roof started leaking in same place. Rentech contacted. Set up a date to come to my house . No show. Called Rentech every day, sometimes twice a day for aprx 3 weeks leaving messages. Mr Yarborough did not return any calls. I have a 15 year labor warranty . The warranty states that leakes arising by some reason of faulty material or application is responsibility of warrantor for necessary labor and material to stop leak.
Description of Work: New roof installed at my residence. All services provided consis of removal of existing roof, underlayment. Owens Corning 15 lb shingles installed over new Weatherlock waterproofing underlayment . New Ventsure Ventilation installed.

+ 1 moreTook our money and did not work or buy materials.
Description of Work: This is the same reviewer. Adam has still not repaid us. He admitted he took the money from us and our neighbor ($6,575 total) knowing that he would not be able to buy the materials and complete the work. We have filed a police report and hope that he will finally pay us back or spend time in Jail.

+ 2 moreDO NOT GIVE THEM ANY $$$. Adam took our $3,000 deposit 9 months ago and has not done the work. He does not return our calls. We are going to sue.
Description of Work: Replace entry door and baywindow.
