+ 1 moreRandy Hester was unprofessional, promised to have our under deck system installed in 3 days and it took nearly 4 months for him to finish the work. He would go 4-5 days and never show up to the job! I would call him, text him to try and get him to show up to work and he wouldn’t return calls and show up 4 days later without an explanation. He became verbally aggressive, and at one point even threatened me when I said he wouldn’t be paid u til the job was completed correctly. He never i stalled flushing with my under deck which is part of the system and now I have to pull the entire system down with a new company and pay 2600 dollars more to fix the job Randy Hester messed up horribly! Randy Heater behaved erratically, he was unpredictable, and his work substandard and poor.

+ 0 moreRandy was very professional and took his time to be as diligent as possible during the install. I had a deck being screened in at the time and even the main contractor remarked as to how well the underdecking was being installed-he had never seen that level of care being put into it before. The work was done in a timely manner and for a fair price-plus the owner is honest and cares about the value of his work-I would highly recommend Rain Relief to anyone looking for a quality under deck system.

Description of Work: Randy Hester seemed like a very nice person on the phone. He canceled his first appointment to come to my home for a quote due to illness...certainly understandable. He wanted to do the quote over the phone, which I thought was a bit odd to say the least. I gave him the square footage of underdeck coverage needed, but told him it was required for him to visit my home and do the estimate professionally and in person. He made the appointment for 2/29/16 and "texted" me five minutes before he was to be at my home, and said, "I'm sorry, I've had a situation come up and I will not be able to make it to give your estimate." Quite unprofessional to "text" and not call to explain in detail why he could not make the appointment. Maybe Randy has too much work, in which case, just say so and be honest. $3300-$3500 job...probably too small for him maybe? When I received the text above, I immediately texted back to Randy, "My only day here this week. Are you interested in the job or not?" 45 minutes later, still no reply from Mr. Hester.
