Randy Hester was unprofessional, promised to have our under deck system installed in 3 days and it took nearly 4 months for him to finish the work. He would go 4-5 days and never show up to the job! I would call him, text him to try and get him to show up to work and he wouldn’t return calls and show up 4 days later without an explanation. He became verbally aggressive, and at one point even threatened me when I said he wouldn’t be paid u til the job was completed correctly. He never i stalled flushing with my under deck which is part of the system and now I have to pull the entire system down with a new company and pay 2600 dollars more to fix the job Randy Hester messed up horribly! Randy Heater behaved erratically, he was unpredictable, and his work substandard and poor.

Randy was very professional and took his time to be as diligent as possible during the install. I had a deck being screened in at the time and even the main contractor remarked as to how well the underdecking was being installed-he had never seen that level of care being put into it before. The work was done in a timely manner and for a fair price-plus the owner is honest and cares about the value of his work-I would highly recommend Rain Relief to anyone looking for a quality under deck system.
