He was very understanding with the weather and very kind. He was also very reasonable.

Got a container out to me quick. They give you plenty of time to use the containers. They only have one size but it is not at a bad price. They really go out if their way to cater to your needs. I had to get another dropped off when they picked one up I had filled and they did it quick.

Contact person exceptionally friendly and respectful; went out of his way to arrange verbal contact before removing dumpster. No stress, no pressure, rate better than any other in this area for length of rental.

They picked the dumpster up later and it all worked out fine. They were just a little bit later than they said they would be.

We had the container for two weeks and called on a Friday to have the container picked up - it was overflowing. Brian called back immediately and said he could be there on Monday, my third experience with excellent customer service. He showed up Monday and without any hassle or disturbing anyone in the house, picked up the contain and hauled it away.
I would recommend R and R Container Service to anyone seeking residential or commercial disposal options. I was met with excellent customer service, a quality product and a hassle free drop off and pickup process. I will use them again when the need arises without any doubt.

It was fine. I'm not done with it I still have it. They came right over and brought it to me and it was even in the afternoon (5:30). I was very pleased. I cancelled with another company and they came right over.
