Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The bad: Our heater died during last years' record cold. He gave us a bill above the home warranty for $300 to install the system. This was to create a new base, have it inspected and remove old. Only thing actually done was remove the old. No inspection. No base built. He said take or leave it.. If we'd turned down the amount we'd have had to wait another week to get unit installed when it was 20 outside. The curse of the home warranty company. Best to bite bullet and install but never use them again. He had us and took advantage..honest contractor, I'd say NO.
