I hired OCBV to help with unpacking a large interstate move and I can't recomend them enough! I was so overwhelmed by trying to downsize and consolodate, that I was practically paralized by the enormity of it all. Val has been sooo much fun to work with and we made so much more progress than I could have ever imagined! She works WITH me and genuinely tries to help sort and find places for the items important to me. The best part is, she takes all the donations directly to charity at the end of the day. The rooms cleared like magic and I have a beautiful home.

Valencia is a true pro! Positive experience all the way around. My mother moved in with us and I was not able to unpack her because of recent surgery. V was quick to respond and very buttoned up in all her communications. She came in, unpacked, sorted, organized my moms suite and donated the things Mom couldnt use to a charity. She was a life saver and super responsive. I cannot wait to have her help me with my closets and kitchen next.

My experience with Valencia has been wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety about letting someone into my apartment. However, "V" has reduced my anxiety from a 10 to about 1 or 2! Her relaxed yet efficient style has been wonderful for me! We are to the point now where she can show me an item and I can simply say trash, donate or keep. She is very understanding shame related to clutter and keeps me moving forward and that is great! I can now see the potential of my place and I am about to sign a 2nd contract with her!!! Whether you need help with paper work or your whole place Organized Chaos by "V" is my reccommendation!!
