 + -1 moreRoland showed up promptly as always, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He used diagnostic software to figure out the cause of a random issue I have been experiencing with my work computer. He established the problem and is presently ordering a new memory stick for my computer. He has worked on our computers a numbers of times. I would recommend him to anyone. He isn't all about selling you new equipment or getting the latest tech. He works to make what you have work reliably and consistently. I appreciate all his efforts on our behalf.
