The hard drive on our desktop crashed on a Thursday night, and I called My Computer Tech on Friday. I spoke with Roland and we discussed my options. He picked up the computer tower on Saturday afternoon, as agreed; we also discussed the type of replacement hard drive and a second hard drive for backups. At my request he checked the cables on our existing hard drive and answered other questions I had about the disk failure. He did check to see if any information could be easily obtained from the failed drive (I had requested this.)
Our computer was returned to us on Monday afternoon! We were amazed at the speedy turnaround time. He spent over an hour helping restore our data from my backup, making sure that we had our virus protection running, and insuring we had any software installed that we needed.
We are very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely call My Computer Tech again. We still have some things to learn about some of the utilities that were installed and Windows 10, but in time hope we will have that done. Roland did a great job."Thanks again, was nice meeting you!"

He was quick to fix my problems plus enlightened me on techniques to keep my new lap top well tuned.
Plus he made me comfortable in the asking him many technical questions from this non technical person.
I would definitely call him out whenever we need any computer attention.

that was loose, I had him take the machine and clean it, wipe the drive,
and reinstall the software. I had it back the next day working great!
He even brought it back on a Sunday so my son could get his homework
turned in on time.
Unfortunately, when I tried to reach him again for some help with some of the utilities he installed on our PC, he never responded.

Received a screen stating our desktop computer was frozen. I was certain it was a scam of some type, but had no idea how to get rid of it. The screen told us we had to send money to have the PC unfrozen and also stated the FBI had determined we had done something illegal with our computer (which we had not). I immediately called Roland Milligan. He was in the middle of another service visit, but told me to turn the computer off, and he would come as soon as he could. He did come to our house and confirmed the PC was infected with malware. He cleaned the PC. He recommended that we change our virus protection to Kaspersky instead of the ones we were using. Upon our request he installed Kaspersky on both our desktop and laptop. He also set up the print function on my laptop so it would print directly to our wireless printer. I had been doing all printing from the desktop even when the file was on my laptop. It has been over 3 months, and at this point the new virus protection has stopped another instance of this malware.
We called Roland because he had helped us in July 2013 with an equipment connection problem. We have been extremely pleased with his promptness, his knowledge, professionalism, and price. It is so convenient to have him come to the house versus taking hardware to a store front. His prices are very reasonable, and he has our complete trust.
