General Remodeling
I received a bill for $125 after my property management company sent him out to address several leaks that appeared on the ceiling. Instead of actually repairing the leaks, he apparenlty thought that applying Kilz and some paint to cover them up would solve the problem. Needless to say, the stains returned a few days later and I hired someone to go actually fix the leaks and THEN repair the stains.
Albeit my property management company wasn't clear with him, why any "professional" would ever think that covering up active leak stains would be a good idea is beyond me.
