Merry Maids of Cherokee County

We've had them for a couple of years now. We call them all of the time. The time before last the lady did a really thorough job on our wood floors. They did such an excellent job and we've had a lot of complements. Not all maid services are the same. We've had bad experiences with other companies in the past.

They are very reliable. They come on a two-week basis right now. We've had the same lady; she's been coming out here for quite a long while. She's really good. She'll stay for about three hours. She always does an excellent job. When she did the cleaning of my wood floors it took her some extra time. She did such a good job it was just beautiful and still is. I took the time to send an email to her boss. Shortly after she cleaned for us the bosses came out and did a white glove inspection for us. She checked on a heat vent that was way up near the ceiling and found that it hadn't been cleaned and was after her about that. It's nice to know that they are complying with the contract as to what they have to do. They gave me a copy of the contract and what they expect these people to do. It's a very competitive business and if they're run right it's really strict. Sometimes they'll send out an extra person if it's taking too long and getting their schedule behind. It's an interesting thing. They clean the blinds and the fan blades on the ceiling fans and all those kind of things. It's worth the money. It might sound expensive but it's really worth it when they do that kind of detail clean. She even takes a comb and combs the fringe. That's how complete they are. It's really good to be able to trust them and they are really good people. There's never been a problem. They're really professional.

Cleaning was thorough, worker, Cassidy was efficient and did the cleaning we asked for-wil certainly call on this company again when I need the service- will recommend them to my neighbors! Also the worker was prompt!

It was great. She arrived on time. I walked her thru the house and pointed out areas that needed special attention. .. she got them all in her cleaning. She was efficient and thorough. I look forward to her next visit.

They are always nice and arrive on time, my dog adores our regular lady , I like that they pay special attention to one specific area on every visit and rotate it so it's sometimes the master bathroom, sometimes the kids bedrooms, etc.

It was great -- I loved them.  Their two-person crew came out and worked for over 7 hours.  They were pretty flexible with hourly booking and the scope of the job.  It looked amazing!  The manager kept me updated the whole time, and I would definitely use them again.

The service was excellent! They came when they said they were going to, they did an excellent job and they were very hardworking.

We are still very happy with Merry Maids. They always do a good job.

I like how the company rigorously trains their staff in quality and efficiency. I haven't met any of the other cleaners, so I can only speak from my current experience. I can't imagine the other staff being much different, knowing the standards that this company lives up to.

They always try to come at the time you need. They are always punctual, and they do a very good job. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality of service are excellent. I will continue to use this service.

.I had most of the house cleaned, kitchen, living, dining, family room, 2 bathrooms.  I was happy with the job until the next day I had spilled water on the floor in the family room.  When I wiped it up with a paper towel it was dirty.  So, I wet a new paper towel and spot checked the wood floors in the family room and living room and the floors were dirty.  The kitchen floor was clean.

Very professional and thorough. Do familiarize yourself with extent of services, i.e. what they do and do not dust as far as bric-a-brac so your expectations are realistic. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service.

He was very satisfied with them. They were very prompt and were here when they said they will be here. They were very efficient and did a very nice job. They were very professional and cordial when they did their job.

I have had Merry Maids coming for the past year now. They are thorough and show up on time. They provide additional services such as windows and linens for an additional cost. I am pleased with the results of this cleaning service.
