Talked to the owner and he told us to talk to his on site crew leader.
We've talked to his on site crew leader as directed, and unless we stand there to supervise, they are gone without doing what we asked them to do. They are quite comfortable using the blower on the property and have recently stopped blowing off the deck.
They are supposed to weed, trim back, dead head as necessary but these things are performed 25% of the time with constant reminders and supervision. Most times they say they will do it and then leave. They spend less than an hour on site. They come once a week in the spring/summer/fall but for less than an hour.
