Excellent, installer showed up on time and did a great job of installing each blind. Installer asked about which installation preferences, IE placement of blind within window, cord wraps, etc.

The service went real well. In fact, we realized that we used them 26-years ago when we first moved into our house. We did the whole house then, but we did use them for a couple of extra jobs. They are still around and did a really good job, and I thought the price was fair. The price depends on the window size.  One was like a Palladian window so that was maybe a couple of hundred dollars. It was just the top part. It is all by measurement. They have to come out and measure, so various windows for various prices. I like their representative who has been with the company for a long time. He was super knowledgeable. They did the work where they took the measurement and promised that they would be done in two weeks. It was less than two weeks that I got a call and they came out like the following day with another person who was the installer. They came out and installed. They arrived on time. They are just dependable and have good workmanship. Everything just went smoothly. Sometimes with contractors, that is not always the case. So, that was a very nice thing. It was just a good experience all around. We are going to use them again. They were matching shutters to the painted shutters that had been in the house for a long time and the last time we painted was years and they were matching. One shutter in particular was like a Palladian window where the top curved part was a new shutter being placed with an existing shutter so matching was really important. It was perfect. So, I thought that was good too.

I was very impressed with Jory and Eric who handled my project. The plantation shutters are so elegant and beautiful. I am so pleased, and had an outstanding experience with The Louver Shop.
