We had several issues with our basement and yard, front and back. When we met with Allen he listened and came up with a plan that would accomplish what we needed and could afford. Allen and his crew worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job! He is honest and trustworthy. He is a man of his word and guarantees his work. I highly recommend him!

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Allen was generally on time and the drainage and sprinkler systems he put in as well as the gate repair were great. The lawn, which was supposed to be landscaped in a diachrondra is a total disaster. He mixed another seed in with the diachrondra I have got some weird looking stuff growing all over my yard. He claims to have tried to kill it 3 times, but it keeps coming back. This nonsense has been going on since March 2019 and I still do not have a lawn. I have got a lot of dirt though! I am checking into filing a small claims case against this guy to recover the cost of the law work but I may have hit a snag. GA records show the business was dissolved on August 29, 2019. Have had to hire another company to clean this mess up and plant some fescue before winter comes.

"We were unaware that the lawn was still not doing as expected. The heat has had a major part in the ground cover plant. Also we did not add another kind of seed to the Dichondra, the vendor where purchased the original seed mush have had a part in that. Legendary Landscape Construction, Inc. has never been dissolved by the state of Georgia. We would have Replanted the ground cover again last Fall if would have known the circumstances. These things happen sometimes and we strive to fix any issues in a timely manor. All though we try to please all of our customers, sometimes it is very unfortunate that we can not please everyone. Even though he said he would make things right; I still have not have no heard from him. If this site allowed me to post pictures you would see the results. Look at the email messages where Allen (the owner) told me over the phone that he did not see anything wrong with my driveway. Look at the email trail where he is admitting that he does not like the result. We have done numerous driveway repairs with no issues at all. Never had a problem like this. I am not happy with the results of the resurface material that used originally. I have a different product that is tried and true. I can use this to complete the driveway if you like. I assure you this will fix the issue.

"We at Legendary Landscape Construction, Inc. are sad to hear that this project did not turn out as the customer had in mind. There were existing cracks in the concrete that were repaired that have again returned. There is no warranty for this kind of repair due to that we do not know who or what is under the concrete of what someone did to it originally. We did come back out and installed a second resurfaced material on the driveway. We also explained to the customer that it will not match the existing driveway color but it would be as close as possible. Legendary Landscape Construction, Inc."

I hired Legendary after getting 4 estimates for a list of items I needed done. Allen came in and offered a plan, not just an estimate. I really appreciated Allen taking the time to explain not only what he would do but why. He listened to my wants and concerns, offered his professional opinions, and we ultimately came up with not only what I wanted but what we needed. For example: We had problem with a muddy side yard whenever it rained. We wanted a stone walkway. Allen explained just putting the walkway there would not solve the problem and a french drain was needed. He was able to tie it in with the existing drainage we have. My wife wanted new foundation plants/shrubs. Allen made suggestions. At the same time my wife and I looked at some of the recently built homes around and really liked some of the plants used. We got with Allen shared a list of what we liked and he came up with a plan without adding to the cost. In the end, we ended up asking Allen to do more items on the list because we were very impressed with the quality of work and the estimates he gave us. We intend to continue to hire the company for the remaining items on the list. We are truly satisfied with everything Allen and his team have done.

I needed a valve replacement for 1 zone of my sprinkler system. Allen did a great job, worked diligently and got my system back on track. I was impressed with his work ethic and would definitely recommend his company. I would use Legendary Landscape again if needed.
