Lacey Heard managed the Lake City Exteriors team that performed each phase of our project to perfection: on time, on budget, utmost professional courtesy and demeanor. We’ve lived here 28 years and used the services of many contractors in this time. We’ll never look to anyone else again but Lake City Exteriors!

Lacey and his team were organized and professional! From estimation all the way through to finishing touches—very clear on how everything would go. I’m super happy with all the work that was done but especially my windows. Everything came out beautifully. I’m excited to work on a few more projects with them.

We simply couldn’t be happier with the Pella Window installation done at our home by Lake City Exteriors. At every step of the project - initial meeting, quote preparation, contracting, scheduling, installation, and post-installation walk-through – it was such a pleasant experience. During planning, Lake City encouraged and responded quickly to any questions we had, and we never felt rushed to make decisions. Our wonderful project manager (Lacey) kept us updated regularly throughout the process, and during installation he was on-site every day to check-in and make sure we were completely comfortable with the work. The installers were equally great - punctual, professional, pleasant, and diligent in making sure the work was done to Pella’s installation standards. Established timelines were met, the work site was left tidy at the end of each day, and all debris hauled away the day the project was completed. What a wonderful experience!

Lake City made everything so easy for me. Lacey and Marlon were so informative. I definitely learned a lot as well. Even when anxiety started to creep in with me being out of town for work during the project, they were able to keep me calm and convinced me to trust the process. Being able to track the progress in real time helped a lot with doing so. And in the end I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to for them to take on our next project! Months later and the house still looks like it got painted yesterday. I am obsessed with the final outcome and highly recommend Lake City!

After 27 years, our home we had built in 1995 needed a new and enlarged deck. Lake City Exteriors came out and gave us ideas and a quote for the project within days. We agreed to keep things flexible as there were some concerns on stairs placement and design. The guys worked with me and were patient and flexible with me on making final decisions. The finished product was beyond our wildest expectations! Our decision to go with Trex decking instead of traditional treated lumber proved to be a game winner. It looks fantastic! We later had Lake City Exteriors come out and apply a water proof stain to complete our deck. Again, a 100% quality job was done. Great care was taken in wrapping the metal balusters on the railings to eliminate any stray stain. The stain brand and color recommended proved to be another project home run! Can’t say enough about the crew and their professionalism. On-time, focused, addressing all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Zero construction mess to clean up at project completion. I highly recommend this company for any exterior remodeling or painting job.
