They do a good job. They came out even though he was busy and it was inconvenient because I needed them.

The estimate for this job was 1/2 of the final price; initial estimate was over phone and then on-site visit was made by plumber prior to any work being done. Never said the job was going to cost more than quoted for essentially the same scope of work as that described over the phone. The homeowner did add one change to the scope of work, but that was not a major change to justify the significant difference between the quote and final bill. The amount paid was a lesser amount than final bill as plumbing owner did made an adjustment to the bill to reflect their ownership of misquoting. I would have no issue with this company had they said the job would cost more when they made the on site inspection and been up-front about the estimated final cost. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
