The provider gave us a good price and responded quickly to our request. The install team did a good job replacing the panes. However, the install crew did not clean up after the installation or clean the new glass. I was disappointed the install crew overlooked this important detail.

This was an estimate for a frameless shower door.
I called, spoke with a gentleman who suggested I email the specs to them. I emailed them a diagram with photos and measurements on Tuesday, March 11. I followed up with them an hour later and they said they had what they needed to estimate the project, and that I should hear back from them in a couple of days.  I called on Friday the 14th to check in with them and they confirmed that they had my estimate in the works but it would be Monday.  Nothing. I called them again on Thursday the 21st and they said that they were still working on it but I would have it by Monday the 24th.  It's now Thursday the 27th and I have not heard from them. 
At this point I have no interest in working with a company that is so unresponsive. This was a very straight-forward estimate for a simple frameless shower door, with nothing unusual or custom. If the job was too small for them, they should have told me. But by the looks of their site, it isn't.

The process was fine.  They cut the mirrors while I waited and it only took a few minutes, so I appreciated the prompt service.  I paid $15 for three cuts ($10 for two cuts on one mirror and $5 for one cut on a second mirror).  After the mirror that I had two cuts on broke during installation, I was at Lowes and found that I could get a new mirror and have it cut for $11 (vs. the $10 I paid just for cuts on that mirror).  Additionally, Lowes only charges $0.25 for additional cuts after three.  So even though the cuts and service were fine, I realized that $5/cut was very expensive.
