The work was good, but there was a small glitch with the crimping of the pipes and water leaked out the next day in my basement. They were quick to come out and seal it.

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Eric called me back immediately and within 24 hours I had a new hot water heater installed at a reasonable price by 2 friendly and highly professional technicians, Brian and Brant. They were working on new white carpet and made no mess plus cleaned up completely afterward. They even fixed a leaking faucet at no additional charge. I will call JMJ for all my plumbing needs in the future!

They were here early as expected, but ran into troubles. They had to leave me with an installed tank that was full of water but not working/no hot water. I had to bath in cold water before an interview at 2:30. Before they left they let me know they would be charging me full price but would be back by 2:30 to finish the job. I took my cold bath and left. When I came home the job was completed as they said. I did think it was sobering to hear them announce they would not discount anything for the inconvience before they finished.

Eric and his crew were fantastic! I had an emergency and contacted them through Service Magic at about 5:30 in the evening. They arrived within the hour and was able to unclog my drain and price was reasonable. They also gave us information on what we needed to do to help the drain from reclogging. I will need some additional work due to a tree with roots growing in my pipes and will call this company back. They were outstanding!

When I realized I had a main water line leak, I was freaked. Knowing what little I knew about water lines to homes I was terrified I would be out a fortune, especially seeing the water penetration coming up through my driveway. My fear was confirmed, my line was buried under my driveway. I contacted another vendor from the YP and was given a price that made me cry. I remembered a previous need for a contractor and found my way back to ServiceMagic. Man am I glad I did. The price quoted by Eric at JMJ was right on and $1000's cheaper that the other contractor. THANK YOU JMJ!!! For future plumming needs you are now on my favorites list.

came as soon as I called. Was told I needed to replace my 20year old water heater. They installed next day. Friendly service. My only problem was that I did not ask about what kind of heater was to be put in. I never heard of this brand but it is guarenteed for 6 years so it should be OK.

Eric and his employees were amazing. Everything seemed to steamroll in getting to the main problem - no water pressure! After 3 visits, all work was completed and water is now running like it hasn't in years. Turned out it was more than the outside pipe (1st visit) - replaced water heater (2nd visit) and all faucets (3rd visit) Thank you all for not giving up on me or my home! First repairs in 16 years!

Great price, fast service. We had a water main break and Eric and his crew were able to replace the entire pipe at a fair and reasonable price. The entire job took only about 2 hours start to finish. Would recommend JMJ Plumbing.

I had frozen and broken pipes in my well house. JMJ was great on the phone and despite a 40 minute drive they said they could help me the day I called. They gave me a estimated time of arrival but called to tell me when they'd be a few hours late. Two very personable men greeted me and quickly found my problem. It became clear that JMJ does very little work on well water systems and they struggled to find the PVC parts needed. They hurried to fix it due to freezing roads. Overnight the very same pipe broke again. I wasn't happy. I called a different plumber the next day and all is well. JMJ is OK, but I wouldn't hire them on well system work.
