It went well. The plumber battled his way through Atlanta traffic and was understandably a little late. The job was complicated by previous owners home plumbing so he stayed late to fix it correctly. The guys who did the counter tops did a good job. The counters are beautiful and they did there best to clean up the dust. The paint on the walls was damaged a little, but that is to be expected given the nature of the job.

The sales staff was very professional. One technician came out for the install. I was not home while they installed the unit. I had no problem scheduling the installation.

We had laminate installed upstairs. They did a good job with it. Their pricing was pretty good compared to other places we had looked at. They completed the work in two full days.

They did not actually "show up". We had to go and pick them up because the office gave bad directions to the driver and he also did not speak English. It was not really his fault and all and all, he did an excellent job.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I DON'T THINK THEY WERE ACTUALLY HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES, BUT I BOUGHT THEM THERE. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CALLED ME BACK ON TIME AND EVERYTHING. THE WORK WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED, AND THE INSTALLERS MADE SURE THAT THEY WERE DOING WHAT WE WANTED.

I felt the person measuring and installing the wood blinds was inexperienced. Not brain surgery, so I really wasn't too worried about the measuring (anyone can do that), but the installation, not so confident. Had to have him come back to adjust and replace a cornice. Still not happy with the look of triple windows. Should not have 3 cornices. Not great.
