I am very disappointed with my decision to go with this guy, Tom Hill, after getting three other estimates. His cost/estimate was competitive. I went with him based on our conversation and the 52 years of experience he shared and boasted about. That was my mistake, and I’m totally regretting it. I’m pretty sure the majority of his crew was picked up at as day laborers looking for work, with a sprinkle of one or two guys living out of their cars, smelling like alcohol. The work performed was sloppy and substandard. Four gutter downspouts were ruined by cement. The downspouts were not set up to divert the rainwater off the uncured cement, causing major staining on the driveway due to leaves on top of the gutter screens and it raining the night of the installation. I expressed concern about the rain and wind the day before the install and was told everything would be fine. The wind caused leaves to blow on to the cement, which left indentures in the cement. The over 52 years of experience in driveway installation that I was counting on wasn’t there, nor was the compassion when I brought up the eye-sore stains and leaf indentures. I asked him questions on how it could be fixed, he told me I was too particular and that he wasn’t sure what would fix it. Told “ME” to try pressure washing it. I tried it to no avail. He came out 3–4 days later for a quick 15 minutes, applied some sort of solution, and left without a word, which didn't fix it. I can go on about the entire experience, but it hurts to know this was all behind my decision to go with this guy. I just want to share that if it's the experience and his reviews that you would choose this guy, DON’T!!! I spent over $25,000 and very disappointed and frustrated. Also, definitely ask about the white concrete color; it wasn’t shared that I could expect unsightly tire marks that I would have to deal with because of the white concrete.I’m sure he will jump into his feelings and try rebutting my warning/informational review, and that’s ok. Please beware that this is not a reputable upright guy! See pics, 3 days after installation

Tom had great communication throughout. I had a few quotes and he was the best. One question was if I would use him again. The answer is yes and I am. While he was doing my driveway we went to get a quote on extending my girlfriends driveway and I already have moved forward with doing that. Thanks Tom.....

Outstanding professional service and results! Tom knows concrete and we couldn't be happier with the process and great results.  He helped me resize and adjust driveway and walkway paths to optimize new landscape plan.  Toms crew was experienced and professional. We highly recommend Hill Concrete!

Arrived on-time (actually a little early), did exactly what he said he would do.   Cleaned up and left  without leaving any mess. Would definitely use again

Part of our drive way was collapsing near the house where the backfill from 20 years ago had settled after construction of the house.  Tom gave us an estimate that was 2/3  that of the closest competitors.  (Some estimates went as high as $8,000!)  He came out when he said he would, had 2 men helping him with the labor, had materials delivered precisely when he needed them, and had the job done by early afternoon.  Everything looks great!  We are very pleased with the work Tom did for us.

The team arrived 30 minutes early to survey the project.  The estimate for the project was done over the phone using square footage measurements.  Upon their arrival, we walked through the project and realized that we needed to make an adjustment for a small damaged portion that was not included in the original square footage.  I was given a fair estimate for adding this to the project and the project was quickly underway.
Within an hour, all the damaged concrete was removed and hauled away and they began framing for the new concrete.  The total job was completed in just a few hours and the new section of my driveway looks fantastic.  The crew cleaned up pretty well (there was some minor concrete remains that I needed to clean up), but overall the clean up was done pretty well.
I was very pleased with this company and this crew.  In addition, I received some advice on another area of concrete that needs to be pressure grouted, and was given a name that I could contact for this kind of work.  I will hire this company again.

The price was the best I got. Job could have been done a little better but over all a good job.
