Great service! I have a rental property and have used different contractors over the years and was never quite satisfied with any of them. Until GP Solutions! I needed the rental property's interior paint touched up and a move-out cleaning done (inside cabinets, fridge, etc.). I thought I would have to hire two separate contractors but GP does both which made the process streamlined. Irina came to the property the same day I called to quote the work. She was professional and took photos and notes of everything we discussed. I received a written quote via email the next day. What a nice change from the ever-changing verbal figures from other contractors. I hired them and they were able to come out a day later. Super quick turnaround! The interior paint touch-ups were flawless - it looked like it had been fully repainted. The cleaning was thorough and done at the same time as the painting. I didn't have to pay until I inspected the work and I was able to pay online. Seriously, I've saved their number and will only use them going forward. Definitely recommend!
