GARY LEDFORD LANDSCAPING INC

Gary Ledford told my husband that his cousin, Ken, was responsible for our sprinkler system and that Ken would be in touch with us about the valve box  and provide the diagram of the system he installed in our yard. So far nothing has happened. We have attempted to contact Ledford Landscaping on several occasions, leaving voice mail messages, and they DO NOT return phone calls, do not seem to care at all that our grass is dying in certain areas because of their ineptitude and their lack of attention to detail. All we are asking them for at this time is the diagram/plan of our sprinkler system in our yard. 
It seems to be beyond their capability to provide that, but they have no explanation as to 'why' they can't, they have now ignored our calls and messages for another 3-4 weeks. The only way we got them to respond in late April was to tell them, via email, that we were going to post a negative review on Angie's List! Within minutes of them receiving that email, they called and 'made an appointment' for Gary Ledford to drop by that evening. 
Then 3-4 weeks of nothing, again, no response. No explanation. This company obviously only stays in business because they have contract work for builders like Kerley Family Homes. Their lack of courtesy to even call a homeowner back speaks volumes for their lack of customer service.
