He was fast and efficient.  He was a delight.  I highly recommend him.

My garage door wouldn't close early in the morning so I called this company. I had to leave a voicemail but almost immediately got a call back. The appointment time was between 1-3 and about 2:30 got a call the technician would be late. He said he would get there as soon as possible. I was happy he called to let me know. The technician arrived and gave me the price up front and went right to work. He worked very efficiently. If there were any extra parts to be replaced it would be extra for those parts but I don't believe there were any as a bolt had come undone. Very friendly, professional, and came the same day. I was very happy with this supplier and would call them again.

He installed the new motor (very quiet belt drive unit) with no fuss and we're very happy with it.

The technician show up on time for our initial meeting and he showed up right on time the day of the installation. He worked alone and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He removed my old doors, motors, and mounting hardware and replaced everything with new material. He programed my vehicles and made sure I was comfortable with operating my new doors. He also removed all of my old hardware. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. All in all, I would recommend Garage Door Specialist, Inc to anyone that is thinking about replacing their current doors.

David Leinmiller of GDS is a true professional, and one that I would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repair or installation service. Unlike many service providers that I've had the pleasure (and otherwise) of working with on various home projects, David is an example of that which you'd hope to find when in need of service...very honest, intelligent (a man of many disciplines), hard-working, clean and an added bonus, he's prompt! He actually shows up for appointments on time when scheduled! It's comforting to know someone that could be trusted to do the job properly and not requiring supervision. I recently had a problem with my new homes garage door opener. David was the one, and only one, that I would ever consider calling. No sense wasting time trying to convince my home builder to service it. I can't say enough good things about how terrific he and his service is! Reliable, reasonable and respectable.
