I've been using them for a long time. It's a family owed business and they are very nice, extremely honest and treats you very well. I've used several other companies prior to them but they were always shorting bales during the install. Some of them were using pine bales that had a lot of branches and pine cones in them...poor quality. These folks will deliver when they say they will or call you if the weather is not looking good. The bales are of very good quality. They will deliver or install at your request. I'm very happy with them.

We had a problem with the weather cooperating due to rain but they always kept me informed when they thought they would have to reschedule.  They did a great job spreading the straw and cleaned up behind themselves also.  Will be using again~

Called them up and asked for pine straw and they delivered it but not on time.

James is very honest and loves his crossword puzzles :-). He's the only one I trust to make sure that the pine straw that I paid for is being laid down on the property. Others shortchange you 5 to 10 bales to add to their profit...I've caught others at this. It's a dirty business. I use him all the time and he allows me to count the bales that I ordered before the install, no problems at all in doing this.

These guys were great and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. My yard is quite small so I don't need large quantities of pine straw. I was concerned that that they may have some minimum quantity requirement in order to deliver. Not the case. They were very helpful when I called them and they answered all of my questions. It took about 3 weeks from the time I let them know I was interested in using their services until they were able to deliver and spread the pine straw, but that wasn't their fault. I didn't call them until their busiest time of year and it's been a pretty rainy Spring which impacts their ability to get product. Next year I'll definitely call them sooner.
I paid extra to have them spread the pine straw and I'm glad I did. They cleaned everything up before they left. It looks so much better than when I do it myself! The extra cost was minimal and definitely worth it.

Friendly and helpful when I talked with them about the order. They did deliver a few days later than promised because of bad weather but were on time for the second appointment. The delivery men were friendly and very fast. They did a neat job. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the pine straw. It was very dry and had no large twigs or pine cones...that's a first for me. The quality was the best I have ever bought or had delivered before. I would gladly use them again and recommend them without reservation.

The pine straw was good quality based on how he described it. The delivery was on time and they called when they were on their way. I wanted the delivery to be placed in two locations on our property and they gladly placed it where I asked (close to the curb but in two different locations). Overall it was a good experience and I will use them again.

Simple transaction that went well. The price and level of service were most impressive, as was the quality of the pine straw. First and foremost, the price of the DELIVERED pine straw was on par with what most other outfits offer. Second, after my initial call, I received a couple of calls leading up to delivery day to ensure everything was correct on their side and that our schedules still aligned for delivery. I was very pleased with the quality of the pine straw after I spread it. Great experience all around.
