Flawless Wall Renovations

We hired Flawless Wall Renovations to install drywall, paint, and trim two unfinished closets. The original estimate was very vague to I asked him to provide specifics regarding the inclusion of all materials and labor. Unfortunately, when he arrived he entered our home with drywall sheets and other supplies without offering to cover our hardwood floors for protection. When I asked him if he was going to cover it-he informed me that it was not included in the quote and that he would have to charge extra. After the had finished, the trimming was horrible! When I pointed out the gaps and holes between the doorway and the drywall (photos are available) he told me that it would cost extra to flush the drywall to the door trim. He also did not add the floor base trim around the entire room as we indicated in the quote (photo available). I selected this company because of the high ratings but as evident in my photos --this job did not warrant even an acceptable rating. We were extremely disappointed and would NEVER
