They were very good. Most people don't know what the h*ll they are doing with it and they were great. They were generally nice people.

They are excellent.  I have used them many times.  I spent around $3300 on that work and this was not for cabinets.  I have been using him for the last 22 years.  He has done strictly appliances and is phenomenally handy.  I have no problem with him. 

There's not a thing he doesn't do well. It was all done in a day and a quarter. He's highly reliable, the pricing range is very good and he comes when he says he will. There was no problem whatsoever in any way, that's why I've been with him for over 20 years. He's very reasonable and logical.

I called to get an estimate for him to come to my home. He was honest about the estimate and he told me there would be a minimum charge. He came at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. He made the repair to my satisfaction.

We have been doing business with them for 20 years. He is very reliable and pricing is reasonable. He will work with you with what you want.

I called before the holiday weekend and told them I didn't expect to have any work done until after the holiday. Rich (I think he is the owner) called me to see what the problem was at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday January 2. I explained the problem and he confirmed that he believed it was the motor and that a motor repair on a dryer would cost me about $200, and since the dryer was 7 years old he didn't think it was worth the money. I agreed since a new dryer only runs about $350. He said he could bring me a new Whirlpool dryer and install it and called me back a couple hours later with an exact price. His quote was $375 plus tax unless I needed anything else to set it up. I agreed and by 3:30 pm I had a new dryer installed, the old one removed and best of all I didn't have to go shopping for the appliance. He was very nice and friendly. Fast service.

Mr. Kolb came within an hour of my calling and was very polite and reasonably priced for the job. I was very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a large appliance problem.

They were prompt, efficient, friendly. They answered the phone (no answering service or machine asking for a callback number). They came out on a Saturday. There was no fee for the visit, only parts and labor to fix the problem. They called the morning of the visit and provided a 3 hour window which they arrived in.

Same day service provided by a most helpful technician, who (rightly) suggested replacement of the dryer exhaust, which was clogged with lint. I was working on repairing a foldout bed at the time and he helped me with it. This service provider went the extra mile.
