EverDry did a fabulous job. They were able to actually come in and perform the work a couple of weeks earlier than the initial appointment and was able to complete the job in less days than the original estimate. The crew was very professional as they explained all the steps that were going to be performed before they did it, put up protection on the floor and doors to keep the dust and dirt down to a minimum, and cleaned up everything afterwards. And the best part of all was ever since the work was done, we have had quite a few exceptional heavy rain storms roll through the Tucker, GA area over the last two years and not a single drop came in the basement. I so wish I had had this done years ago and saved all the cost and heartache of dealing with a repeated flooded basement. Thanks EverDry!

This was a rainy year and Everdry was in demand, so our start was a little later than I would have wished. Having said that, the staff were professional and did the job efficiently.

They showed up on the date we set, and was on time, went right to work and did an outstanding job. After they completed the job we got rain but for the first time in a long time I had no water in my basement. Outstanding company. The cost will depend on what your needs are. As for me I had them do my basement and the whole outside of my home and I have a lifetime warrant .

Our basement used to flood. So they put a new pump in to help control the water. They went in, and waterproofed the walls as well. It has been working good every since. They come out every year to check the pump to make sure it is working.

The service provided was excellent, they show up on time, Adam shows up every year as planned and is the same technician every time which I really enjoy as well.

the entire process went very well. They did a great job of explaining step by step what was happening. I am a hands off kind of person when I find a company that I trust. I would recommend Ever Dry to anyone who needs their crawlspace water dry.

They were very nice. It went pretty well. Out of the four companies I got estimates from, they seemed to be the most thorough. I like the Easy Breeze fan because it keeps the basement dry and circulates the air. I wish I hadn't let them put the sump pump inside the house. It takes up too much space in the basement. It also holds some water and can attract mosquitoes at certain times of the year.

IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, THERE WERE SOME CONCERNS AND THEY DID ADDRESS AND CORRECT THEM.

So far so good. There have been no signs of water leaking into my basement.   When the pump activates it can be loud (my mother in law lives in the basement). Make sure to add some kind of gutter extenstion to the pipes leading outside from the pump. During hard rains the pump will run for awhile and the small pvcp pipe caused a hole to form in the grass.

NOT A PROBLEM AFTER THE SERVICE!  EverDry fixed my mildew and mold problem and now I have a dry crawl space!  R.D.

Mark and crew were very pleasant to work with and they showed good consideration of covering my furniture as well as storage boxes that were in the work area.  Mark kept me informed of any plan changes that he made to best handle my property.  He not only had the knowledge, but the desire to do the job properly.  They were all very pleasant to be around, although their work was very streneous, as well as dealing with the heat outside and concrete dusty conditions inside.  Joe A.  Newnan

Point blank: I love your team, they not only made me feel like family but they treated my house like theirs and made sure we were safe, secure and informed. They cleaned up after themselves and there were times I didn?t even know they were there, which is amazing as a homeowner. 
I can?t say enough, as someone who works in the Customer Service industry and educates others on Soft Skills, it?s nice to see a company that does it right the first time. 
 I?m so HAPPY I may have to make a video expressing my love for ya?ll.  Only thing that would make me happier is a EverDry Hat to match my shirt.

Mark Stephens and his crew - Zack, John & Bryan - did an excellent job waterproofing our basement August 15-16, 2016. They arrived on time Monday and even helped us remove shelves that were difficult to remove. They were very efficient, courteous, polite and when they completed a segment of their work they cleaned up so well one could hardly tell they had been there - except for the neat covering of our "stuff" in the center of the basement and their installation of the trenches and then concreting over.  They worked in blazing hot Georgia summer heat carrying broken concrete & gravel. We were impressed with their commitment & perseverance. This work crew was far and away one of the best workmen we have ever had do an installation of any kind at our house.   When they finished - in an amazingly short time - they had met all the tasks and check off items and left a very dry and improved basement both inside and out. We are enjoying having something that adds value to our house.  We will strongly recommend Everdry and especially this crew to anyone need basement/waterproofing work. The work was completed in 2 days, the crew of 5 guys began outside and inside on day 1. All the exterior work was completed in 1 day, the interior work was finished on the 2nd day.

Great!  I was very pleased with the professionalism and service provided to us.  They were in and out when they said they would be.  They took time to explain what they were doing and why and did a very thorough job cleaning up at the end of the job.  I also was very impressed with the person that came to our house for our initial consultation.  He spent a lot of time with us and answer the many, many questions we had about this major expense.  I really appreciated the way he walked us through what we were investing in, what it was going to do for us and why we should go with one option vs. another.  I especially liked the old school notebook he had which showed pictures of basements with the same issues as us, as well as sample letters from previous clients and also pictures of work they've done in the past.  I'd highly recommend this company in the future.

Installation team and all servicemen that have come out have been professional and courteous. Work was done quickly and clean up was thorough.

We had a few cracks in the foundation which allowed the water to penetrate and flood our basement everytime there was a storm. We couldn't decide what to do about itfor some time and considered trying to do it ourselves. Eventually we decided to call in the experts. Glad we did. They came out as scheduled and worked fast. The foreman and his crew were very polite and professional. Answered all of our questions and explained each step of work being done. The foundation cracks were repaired and a new pump installed as well as new drains around the house. Now we can finally finish our basement.

Dug around out & inside, installed drainage system, sump pump and ezbreathe machine to get all the bad air out! Everyone from the office staff to the crew that did the work at our home were very nice and very knowledgeable. We really like the renewable lifetime warranty and we can always transfer it if we sell the house, but it's all fixed now by Everdry no need to sell it LOL!

Went very well. Everydry came out with their crew and dug up the yard by the wall that was leaking and did what ever they do to fix the problem.  But the next big rain, it still leaked.  But the supervisor down to the job sight foreman (about 4) came back to check the problem and brought back to crew to fix it.  Hasn't leaked since.   We do have their life time warranty, which we pay yearly, which is also transferable, if we sell the house.  This ensures us that if it does leak again that it will be taken care without cost to us.
