The representative that called was overly directive. They have several unreasonable requirements before they will even meet with you.

The process requires days of hard dirty work to accomplish the task. The employees were diligent, polite and did not complain about the work. Their goal was clearly to satisfactorily accomplish their task.

OK...I never ever write a review but here goes...I called to make an appointment to have someone come to check on leak we have in the basement. When selecting a day for the appointment, I was told that I HAD to have my husband present and it was a company policy that if the homeowners were married, both had to be present. REALLY?! My husband has NEVER been present for ANY home service request/inspection of any kind. It's insulting! I make the decisions regarding the services provided at our home. BTW...Trotters did not ask me to have my husband present when I made an appt. this morning with them to inspect the leak. Why would ANY company require that a spouse be present for an estimate?!

They were very professional, courteous, and thorough. The job was completed in an efficient manner and I was left with no unresolved issues. I highly recommend them!

Top notch service from Dennis Davis, the Field Manager to Devon the Leader on the job. Dennis was extremely knowledgable on all aspects of our situation and addressed every question we had. Devon walked both my husband and I through the complete job both before and after with a thorough explanation of what was to take place and was flexible regarding our specific requests. The entire crew on the job were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property, not to mention extremely patient with our very friendly dog who was eager to help join them on the job. Devon made sure our needs were accommodated by shifting their schedule to meet ours by finishing the inside work before the outside was completed so we could leave for an appointment. All of these gentlemen were very courteous. We were so please to have such a pleasant group of people working at our house after the unfortunate experience we had with our builder. We are also very pleased to know that Dennis Davis will be able to go to court with us for the Civil Suit we have filed against Limitless Renovations for the inadequate job the did. You have another exemplary person on your team with Dennis and we are happy to know that he is on our side as well. We are also very pleased with the EZ Breathe Ventilation System. Just like Dennis said, we noticed a difference within just a few days after it was installed. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who did that work, however, he was top notch as well—prompt and in and out very quickly. Wonderfully! Exactly as promised! The crew of six men, led by the foreman, Dakota, came as scheduled, always on time, and worked like troopers. I was SO surprised when told by Dakota that the job would take 3-1/2 days...but at noon on Day 4, they were done. And, very importantly, they had cleaned up and hauled away every trace of their work. Each day, starting with their arrival date, Dakota took me around and showed me what they were going to do with that particular phase of the job. More than once each day, he asked me if I understood what was going on, why, and what that task would resolve. Also each day, an Everdry field supervisor, Jay, came by to check on the crew's progress and to assist them with any unforeseen problems that might have come up. He, too, made 100% certain that I knew what was being done that day, and why. ALL of EverDry's employees appeared to have a very strong sense of teamwork, and my wife and I actually felt that we were a part of that team in that we were so well informed by the others. To a man--including the woman's voice in the office!--EVERYONE with whom we came in contact was polite, helpful, and informative. We feel that we certainly got our money's worth in service and materials, especially in their available "life of the home" warranty on their labor. We strongly recommend that any homeowner with foundation leak problems contact EverDry before signing up with any other company.

EverDry did a fabulous job. They were able to actually come in and perform the work a couple of weeks earlier than the initial appointment and was able to complete the job in less days than the original estimate. The crew was very professional as they explained all the steps that were going to be performed before they did it, put up protection on the floor and doors to keep the dust and dirt down to a minimum, and cleaned up everything afterwards. And the best part of all was ever since the work was done, we have had quite a few exceptional heavy rain storms roll through the Tucker, GA area over the last two years and not a single drop came in the basement. I so wish I had had this done years ago and saved all the cost and heartache of dealing with a repeated flooded basement. Thanks EverDry!

This was a rainy year and Everdry was in demand, so our start was a little later than I would have wished. Having said that, the staff were professional and did the job efficiently.

Our basement used to flood. So they put a new pump in to help control the water. They went in, and waterproofed the walls as well. It has been working good every since. They come out every year to check the pump to make sure it is working.

The service provided was excellent, they show up on time, Adam shows up every year as planned and is the same technician every time which I really enjoy as well.

IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, THERE WERE SOME CONCERNS AND THEY DID ADDRESS AND CORRECT THEM.

So far so good. There have been no signs of water leaking into my basement. When the pump activates it can be loud (my mother in law lives in the basement). Make sure to add some kind of gutter extenstion to the pipes leading outside from the pump. During hard rains the pump will run for awhile and the small pvcp pipe caused a hole to form in the grass.

NOT A PROBLEM AFTER THE SERVICE! EverDry fixed my mildew and mold problem and now I have a dry crawl space! R.D.

told Larry and the crew that came out to our home today that I would send a pigeon laced email touting my love and affection for the crew. Even to Jay who came out and rocked out with the crew today. Point blank: I love your team, they not only made me feel like family but they treated my house like theirs and made sure we were safe, secure and informed. They cleaned up after themselves and there were times I didn?t even know they were there, which is amazing as a homeowner. I can?t say enough, as someone who works in the Customer Service industry and educates others on Soft Skills, it?s nice to see a company that does it right the first time. I?m so HAPPY I may have to make a video expressing my love for ya?ll. Only thing that would make me happier is a EverDry Hat to match my shirt. Mark Stephens and his crew - Zack, John & Bryan - did an excellent job waterproofing our basement August 15-16, 2016. They arrived on time Monday and even helped us remove shelves that were difficult to remove. They were very efficient, courteous, polite and when they completed a segment of their work they cleaned up so well one could hardly tell they had been there - except for the neat covering of our "stuff" in the center of the basement and their installation of the trenches and then concreting over. They worked in blazing hot Georgia summer heat carrying broken concrete & gravel. We were impressed with their commitment & perseverance. This work crew was far and away one of the best workmen we have ever had do an installation of any kind at our house. When they finished - in an amazingly short time - they had met all the tasks and check off items and left a very dry and improved basement both inside and out. We are enjoying having something that adds value to our house. We will strongly recommend Everdry and especially this crew to anyone need basement/waterproofing work. The work was completed in 2 days, the crew of 5 guys began outside and inside on day 1. All the exterior work was completed in 1 day, the interior work was finished on the 2nd day.
