Donny came to my home and quoted $420 to install an electrical outlet behind the TV in the den, to mount both TVs on the wall, run speaker cable behind the wall and to run cables from upstairs to the den downstairs. About a week later, he came over to do the installation. I provided my own cables, TV and speaker mounting brackets. It took 6 hours to complete the installation. He was on the cell phone at least an hour of that time overall, he received a call every half hour to hour and went outside to take them even when I was in the middle of a sentence talking to him. Some calls seemed like other customers and some personal. He seemed like he wanted to make my house look like Swiss cheese, he kept cutting large holes in the walls of my newly remodeled den without asking me first. He misplaced a large hole in the wall of my den such that there is no way to hide the cables behind the entertainment center as planned. He also cut a large hole (about 2" diameter) to go behind a small 5" speaker, when a 1/2" hole would have been plenty and I ended up not mounting the speaker at all anyway, but rather placing it on top of my entertainment center, so there is a white plastic cover in the top of my beige wall. Donny charged me the original estimate even though he mounted only one TV instead of two, did not run any speaker cables behind the wall and did not install a new outlet. Overall, the wires for the TV and speakers are well hidden, but the ones in the garage look awful and are draping down into the doorway. The ones coming through the wall into my den to plug into my receiver and computer are obvious. He did not clean up very well. This is by no means an "elite" installation!
