They do a good job.

At first, things went very well. However, a year ago (yes a year) they chipped my $1000 stained glass front door with a rock while doing lawn maintenance. I called the company for 2 months before finally the owner called me. He apologized profusely saying he just found out I called and left messages and that is not how they do business. He offered to pay for a new door or give me free lawn service for a year. I wanted a new door. Things seemed great but after that call I never heard from them again.
I tried calling and left messages. No one returned my calls. Finally, I stopped payment for my lawn service. It took 3 months for them to respond and when they did, they sent me a letter saying if I didn't pay what I owed in 10 days they would send me to collections. No mention of fixing my door. I wrote a letter explaining why I didn't pay and asked again about my door. I included a check for what I owed in the letter and asked to be contacted. They cashed my check and never responded. They also stopped showing up to do my weekly lawn maintenance. Never have I had such horrible customer service. I would not recommend them at all and will be filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. I have already told my neighbors about this experience. Horrible company.

Continue to use their services on a weekly basis. Very pleased with every aspect of their work. We were chosen as and quot;Yard of the Monthand quot; from hundreds of homes. All the work of Durham Lawns!

What I like the most is that they are cheaper then most people and I pay a monthly fee of 125 dollars. They show up when they say they will and they do a good job. This is not the first time I have used this company and there were no surprises that came up.
