Was to take about 4-6 weeks
Feb 13 2012 we signed the contract - and by June 15th 2012 4 month's later we had enough
So much work left undone, unusable master bathroom. Portions of the bathroom were still at the framing/stub stage. Monies paid for items which were never received. Tankless water heater, shower door, Granite countertop all the tile, paid for and never delivered/received or installed.
No permits pulled. Nothing was to proper code.
Individual always had access to the job every single day but was rarely there more than a few hours a few days a week. or didn't show up at all. Excuses after excuses on why materials couldn't be delivered. Excuses on why work was progressing.
Beware of this company and we would not recommend hiring this individual for any construction needs.
