When I finally got them to come and do the job after they had postponed many times they removed a tree that was very close to my house. While they were taking down the tree they let a big limb swing to fast and into the side of my house where it put 3 holes into my siding. I was assured that they would be back the next day to fix it. I was ok with that and although not pleased understand that accidents do happen. At the time of this review it has been over a month and the holes are still not fixed. When I did finally get the manager to call me back (2 was later) I was told they would be out in 2 days and again they were a no show. It has now been about 5 wks since this has happened and not only can I not get them to call me back, I cant even get them to answer the phone. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Also a minor note but they also left big limbs and pine straw swept off my roof laying in my front yard. They are extremely unprofessional and if an accident does happen during their service you can not count on them to fix what they did.

The crew was fantastic. They quickly went to work removing the limbs, topping the tree, and the precision that the landed the rest of the tree was amazing. They cleaned up everything and made sure the area was cleared up. They went above and beyond what we felt was necessary. We had used them in the past and most definitely use them in the future. The cost was more than reasonably for the size of the trees and the clean up. Great Job!

Lightening struck our trees and they took them out. They are good and professional. They are insured and the guys are employed by them and not sub contractors. They are long term employees.

We have been using them continuously for three or four years and they are very good. They come every two weeks and they charge per visit. They do a very good job. They are very thorough people. They come with a crew of three or four workers and a supervisor and they get the work done pretty quickly, including the cleanup. We have been very happy with the service. They are a topnotch outfit. I wouldn't change them for anything.
