CRITTER CATCHERS

Exceptional customer service and a job well done. We noticed droppings outside of our garage door and found out we had bats (over 20!) in our attic grate. Mike pointed out the bats to me from inside the house and explained to me how they were getting in and why they chose that location. He humanely cleared out the bats and then put up a screen to prevent them from making my attic their forever home. I called him in the morning and he came to my aide promptly, finishing the job speedy quick. Now I have peace of mind that my family and animals are safe from a bat infestation. 100% recommend! We didn't experience any damage. We heard something, sounded like it was chewing on the rain gutter. I think that these are squirrels that lived here about two years ago. They were babies at the time and when the weather turned cold, they went back to where they had used to live. They do excellent work and they're a growing company. We had an infestation of raccoons and they came out and they captured five, one was rabid. Then we had a single raccoon show up about a year later. I saw him coming through the back gate and called Critter Catchers and they came and caught him within a couple of days. It was a little more expensive this time around. It was a couple of years later. It was about $400, instead of $300, as it was previously. But, they're an excellent company and they're very responsive.

Greg was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We had an emergency situation, and he drove into Atlanta at a moment's notice to assess the situation and help us with further action. We'll DEFINITELY be using and referring Critter Catchers as the need arises! THANK you so much.

My husband told them it was okay to cut the ceiling out if that what it took. Well, they did and we didn't have a problem with that. The problem is, they left the insulation and sheet rock with dust all over my basement. Where they set the traps with food, an animal got in the cage and chewed the bowl up. they left that. I am the one who had to go behind them and clean their mess up. I am highly allergic to insulation. I feel the money we paid, they should have cleaned up behind themselves.

We observed a raccoon exiting our attic vent on Sunday afternoon. We called Critter Catchers the next day after finding them in an online directory. www.critter-catchers.com 770-424-3080 Mr. Lee responded that day, bringing 3 live traps and placing them in various parts of our backyard. The next morning one trap had the female raccoon we had seen the previous day. Russ Lee said he would relocate the raccoon to a remote preserve, brought a replacement trap, re-baited other traps with a cat food/kibbles mix, chipmunks had eaten the bait. The next morning two traps were full. One contained a large male with distemper, the other had a mother and daughter in it and a son was outside the trap trying to get in. I set the third trap next the mother's trap and he climbed right in, he didn't want to be away from momma. Five raccoons in two days !

The traps were re-baited much to the delight of the chipmunks. A female was caught two days later. The three traps were baited for the next several days but raccoons stopped arriving. All in all six raccoons were caught and five were relocated. The large male with distemper was disposed of elsewhere.

The people were efficient and very respectful of the critters they caught. If I had another problem I would call them immediately.

The raccoons did about $1,000 damage to the house, they ruined an attic vent and they removed a large piece of flashing at the junction of two roofs, it was never found again.
