house cleaning
 + -1 moreThis company is terrible. I purchased a coupon for the dryer vent cleaning and tried to contact the owner, Scott, for two weeks. Scott never returned my phone calls nor responded to my emails. I had to call Angie's List and cancel the deal. I am really surprised that Cleaning Pros is a such a high rated company with their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: I emailed and left phone messages three times at Cleaning Pros and never received a call back or response. I can understand if a company is busy and can't schedule service right away but the consumer should at least expect the courtesy of a response. When the consumer is never contacted, I would rate this company as unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth using even if it is a big deal of the day for dryer vent cleaning..
