City Wide Plumbing & Drain Service

Called first thing Monday morning and they came right out and started working on the tank and had us up and running by the afternoon.
Came back the next day to complete the extra work that needed to be done that we had planned on having done later in the week. The guys were fanatastic and worked hard to get our system working properly. I would recommend City Wide to anyone and plan on using them in the future if the need arises. Great job!

City Wide Plumbing and Drain were very prompt and they came the same day that I called them. They were just as good as anybody else that we have had. We have used them a couple of times. He was reasonable and came when I wanted him to come.

They did some major repairs on our water and gas lines for our intown (multi-family) property and they failed to obtain permits as required. As result, some of the repairs they did were not upto code. Most of the work, they did often led to further repairs within days or weeks of completing their work. We noted several discrepancies on their bills and that we were billed twice for the same job. Beware, Anytime Plumbing is now doing business as Pipeline Plumbing.

THEY HAVE A TRAVEL CHARGE IF THEY COME & DON'T DO WORK. IF THEY DO WORK THEY WAIVE THE CHARGE.

WE DIDN'T SHOP AROUND, SO I DON'T KNOW HOW THEIR PRICES COMPARE WITH OTHERS, BUT WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

THE PLUMBER WAS A GOOD HUMORED INDIVIDUAL & LIKEABLE MAN WITH GOOD INTENT, BUT FAILED TO READ THE DIRECTIONS TO REINSTALL A DIFFERENT DESIGN OF SHOWER VALVE & SET SOLDERED/WELDED BACK TO THE COPPER PIPES AS IF IT WERE THE ORIGINAL. THE TILE MAN CAME TO SET UP CONCRETE BOARD AND RETILE, WHEN AFTER ALL THOSE HOURS THE NEW VALVE WAS TOO FAR BACK FOR THE NEW DESIGN. I CALLED THE PLUMBER THE NEXT DAY, AND THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER CAME OUT THE SAME AFTERNOON, SAW WHAT HE HAD DONE, DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA, NOR DID HE INSINUATE HE WOULD (WHICH WAS GOOD). I CALLED THE OWNER AND SPOKE TO CHRIS... HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE GOOD ON THE TILE MAN SINCE THE WALL HAD TO BE TORN DOWN AGAIN (JUST THE AFFECTED AREA) & PROMISED THE TILE MAN OVER THE PHONE THAT HE WOULD PAY FOR HIS TIME TO COME BACK TO MY HOUSE. I FEEL BOTH THE PLUMBER AND CHRIS ARE GOOD PEOPLE WITH A GOOD COMPANY, BUT THIS WAS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT AND I WAS THE RECIPIENT THIS TIME. (THE PLUMBER DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF.)

QUOTED $1400 FOR INSTALLATION OF A PUMP THAT COSTS $245. TECH THEN OFFERED TO DO THE WORK ON THE SIDE FOR $500. VERY UNETHICAL + CHARGED ME $200 JUST TO LOOK AND FIX NOTHING!! WE CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO CHARGED 1/4 OF THEIR PRICE.

RESPONDING QUICKLY, WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT DID A GREAT JOB - ALL IN ONE DAY, VERY NICE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK, CAME WHEN I CALLED AND VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE A GOOD PRICE.
