"It has been over 6 months since the customer's machine was given basic service. If there were some problem with the work performed we would hope to receive notice within 30 days. Until this time we had hint that an existing problem continued or a new problem developed."

The man is a craftsman. He took in my mower late on a Friday and promised it by Wednesday, which he did. I was a little put off by his $88/hr shop rate, but my job came in at $21 complete. I also brought in a Ryobi string trimmer which I was having trouble starting, but he talked me through that at no charge. He then spent a good deal of time explaining why I should use the correct fuel:oil mix, even though it was only a little off. Bottom line: He does a great job at a fair price. If you have time, he will educate you on your equipment and its use. I will definitely return next time.

Brought mower to shop. He looked a mower and told me what needed done and how long and what the approximate cost.
Week lead time due to time of year and how much work he already had on hand. Good to know ahead of time. gave the go ahead for the work.
He called me when the job was done. This was within the time frame given ahead of time. The cost was as promised.
Arrived to pick up my mower. He showed me what all was done to the mower.

If there was a grade better than A, I would give that grade to John at Blooming Yard. My mower was ready the next morning after dropping it off. I appreciate that he was very honest how long the repairs might last given the condition of my mower. He gave me tips on how the problem was created and how to avoid it going forward -- and his rates are very reasonable. He clearly knows his stuff! I will use Blooming Yard Equipment Repair for all my lawn equipment service! I highly, highly recommend this service.

After picking up motor it worked fine on back yard. I turned it off after I finished and has not started since. I called the mechanic and he stated I needed to correct my fuel ratio to 32:1 ( which he swore by at his shop ). I did as he said but it still did not start back up and I am also experiencing fuel leakeage which I never had before. Fortunately, I only wasted $56.00.

"Following reapirs to customers machine it was demonstrated at pick-up. It started immediately and ran excellently. Great measures were taken with the customer to educate him about the proper fuel to purchase for the machine, the way to mix and store the fuel. A batch of the mixed fuel required for use in his machine was mixed in his presence. He was advised to discard the old fuel he had previously mixed and had been storing for use in his machine some time back. His fuel tank was more than half full of the fresh clean fuel recommended for his machine following repairs. There was no fuel leakage from the machine following the repairs. The customer called about mid week following the pick-up of his machine and he stated the machine had operated fine for part of the trimming he did in his yard, but he could not get it started when he attempted to do more trimming later. He was asked if he re fueled the machine and he stated yes. When asked what fuel was used he stated he had attempted to use the old fuel which was recommended to be discarded. He also stated the machine had started to leak fuel. It was suggested that one of his fuel lines had probably become disconnected somehow. It was suggested he look at the left side of the engine and he would probably find where the line had become disconnected and how it could be re connected. He remarked that "he was blind in one eye and couldn't see out of the other". It was suggested that he mix fresh clean fuel as had been discussed and demonstrated - drain all old fuel out of the machine and install the fresh clean fuel. Then try to start the engine. He was told that if the suggestion did not produce results he would have to bring the machine back for further correction of the new, current problem. He was never heard from again so it was assumed his problems were resolved. It is unfortunate that he had experienced problems with the machine following the repairs. It is also unfortunate that he did not follow the advice provided of discarding his old fuel and he attempted to use it when the machine became exhausted of the fresh clean fuel provided during the service procedure. It is unfortunate he chose to write a negative review instead of just calling back and informing he was unsuccessful in getting the machine going after following the advice given to him over the phone following his problems after trying to use old stale fuel. This complaint could have been and still can be very easily resolved if the customer will just make an appointment to return the machine. The machines serviced here are almost always started and the operation demonstrated upon pick-up. What a customer does afterwards is out of my control and I can not guarantee the customer will not have further problems of some nature. Especially if the customer does something with the machine that he has been told not to do. Like try to use old, funky fuel. All this customer needs to do is return with the machine and his complaints can be resolved."

Excellent work. Not only did John perform all the work as promised, he also took the time to educate me on how to best take care of my Honda lawnmower so that it will give me many years of trouble free use. When I originally contacted him he honestly told me that it would be a month before he could get my mower back too me. He recommended I contact him in 30 days after the spring rush had abated . I waited the month and then took it to him (he works out of his home). He returned it in less time than promised and at exactly the price he had quoted. Very knowledgable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to take anything with an engine to him.

Totally satisfied with service performed. Left pressure washer with John on 24 May, actually expecting a one week turn-around but received call the next day. My equipment was ready for pick-up. A truel professional who explaind thoroughly the service he performed.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. Do call first to verify they are open, get directions, it's in a residential area. My experience couldn't have been more professional. Met price and time estimates, phoned me to verify when it was ready. Absolutely the BEST!
