Window Treatment Service
There were problems with the woven blinds- they had to be replaced. That took months.
The sidelight shutters were not the correct length and had to be reordered.
Repeatedly, Mr. Hite did not return phone calls. Did not answer emails. Out of desperation, I contacted Hunter Douglas for assistance about the replacement for the woven blinds, but with out the number Blind Design used to place my order, they could not help me. They suggested I contact the better business bureau.
We paid for 2 electric controllers- STILL have never received one of them. AND, the first one we has stopped working on one of the preset settings. In November, Mr. Ron Hite who said he had the second controler at his shop- less than a mile from our house- and he'd drop it by. Next week will be 3 months and NOTHING!
I have great empathy if his wife is indeed very sick, however, to completely ignore customers is unacceptable. If he has employee problems, he's allowing that to hurt his business. .
We felt like we had to beg to get what we paid for and it took months...and we're still waiting for the last controler.
Plus, we have more problems with the woven blinds now. I am tired of begging to get what we are due and I don't want anyone from that company back in my house.
