Home Building
The work was satisfactory, but he was not a satisfactory provider to me. I had an original estimate but had to make some changes to bring the cost down. He did not have a new estimate with him upon arrival for job and said he'd bring it the next day. At the project finish, the price was almost the same as the first estimate but with less work being done. He was not pleasant about my questioning the bill and I would not recommend him to anyone else. He is extremely expensive and if you hire him be sure to get an estimate before he begins any work. He did say he was slow but felt he could have done more for what he charged me. He was also late on the job both days. He was neat and clean when working.
