SERVICE PROVIDER WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, THE APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED 1 WEEK AHEAD FOR A MONDAY SERVICE CALL, THEN RESCHEDULED (WITHOUT TELLING ME) TO THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD (6 HOURS LATER IN FACT). PRESSURE WASHING WAS DONE, AND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS THE JOB COULD NOT BE COMPLETED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. PHONE CALLS TO THE ''OFFICE'' WERE NOISY (TELEVISION IN BACKGROUND) AND I WAS DISCONNECTED SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN I DID LEAVE A MESSAGE, THE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED.
