+ -1 moreThey took a lot longer than expected. Admittedly, it was a big job with multiple colors. But then there were several issues afterward. 1. it is plainly visible wherever there was any needed spackling or wall repair. None of it is sanded smooth and on colored paint, this is really obvious whenever one turns on the lights. 2. When part of the ceiling is interrupted by boarded-in duct work, they didn't always seem to know whether to paint all of it, and when they didn't decide to paint that, it just was left spotty and uneven. 3. Wherever the painter's tape was uneven, wherever the paint got under it, wherever the tape pulled paint off, they just left it like that. There's a lot of chair molding in this house and all of it looks pretty shabby. Finally, they sent someone to ask for praise and references to new customers--and when we indicated we had issues, they didn't offer to help, they fled. I wasn't planning to write this review until THAT moment.
Description of Work: Painting the entire interior (minus trim) of a 3500-foot house and drywalling one unfinished room.

Description of Work: Don Price was a very polite and helpful person when he was doing the job. However the quality of the work was poor. In less than a year the joints that he was responsible for fixing in the siding were coming apart because caulk was not used. In the contract, it stated that a 45 year lifetime caulk was to be used and for it to not last a year indicates that it was not done at all. More than one contractor working on our house pointed out these problems and therefore we contacted Don to come fix the issues according to the 5 year warranty on any work. The problem is that he did not honor the warranty. We chose this painter because he offered this 5 year warranty. At this point we have contacted him more than once to honor his warranty but it has not been done.

+ -1 moreDon, the owner has previously done extensive work on my home. He is most enjoyable to work with as he is always on time, does what he says, and most of all stands behind his work! His work, materials, crew, and everything about them is First-Class! I will not use any other painting contractor again! These folks are the BEST!
Description of Work: Extensive Job and extremely reasonable even though significant amount paid. Entire exterior painting of home including resurfacing double solid oak decorative front doors. Painted trim molding at three levels from basement in height, numerous exterior doors, sealed and painted large number of windows, Installed gutter guards and hung shutters. Great value with the quality of materials used!

+ -1 moreIt was very good. Don started on a Monday and finished on Friday as stated he would for the interior painting in February. They were on time every day. He told me to call him after floors were refinished and he would have someone come back. He did in April and also touched up a couple of other areas on walls that I requested. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: We had the interior painted in February and was very pleased with Don Price and his team. We had them back after we had our floors refinished to do some touch up. He was always professional and his team were very good and on time. They cleaned up nicely afterward as well. I had used this company for the exterior as well a few years ago.
