I went with this company after my basement was flooded off a recommendation from my trusted plumber. They started off great and responsive but they soon ghosted me with all of my concerns. Paid them close to $40,000 and they ruined two rugs that they "cleaned" and haven't fixed a shotty job with the pendant lighting over my bar (One pendant hanging 6 inches below the others), and left a pile of trash under my deck. They haven't returned my repeated requests to remedy these issues. Dale Cardwell endorses this company which initially gave some comfort only to come to the realization that he apparently will endorse any company that pays him money. What an unprofessional way to run your business. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy for anything. RUN, DON'T WALK away from this company from doing any sized job at your home or business!

Archer was recommended to restore my kitchen after a pipe burst caused a flood. I was clear with them that I wanted my Stained kitchen cabinets re-stained. Not painted. They assured me that they could do it. Three attempts and three months living in a hotel later, the cabinets look terrible. They’re splotchy, streaked, rough in some spots, smooth in others. The grout is coming up from between the tiles. The finishing wasn’t - it was sloppy, with cheap materials. Paint was peeling off the kitchen island within days. They damaged walls and left them. They moved things into the garage and left them, along with piles of construction mess. All in all, they were a disaster.

They did a fantastic job. They were flexible and I would highly recommend them. They worked around our circumstances, which I appreciate.

Horrible. They immediately tore up the bathroom to get rid of the mold, and we paid them in full for that. However, their remodeling was terrible. They never returned our calls. The project manager was impossible to reach. We ended up doing all the work to schedule and get the repairs done. We were forced to contact the subcontractors ourselves. The scheduling was rediculous. They were hired in May of 2018 and are just now getting finished (February 2019.)This was a nightmare. All of a sudden, NOW they are contacting us to get paid. We have no problem paying the subcontractors for the tiling they did, but archer provided ZERO service on their end. They were hired to take care of coordination for the project and literally did NOTHING. We are waiting to hear back from them and expect them to make it right by removing their portion since WE did all the work they were expected to do in order to get paid. This is akin to a travel agent charging you if you made all the reservations, or a wedding planner charging you, if you took care of every single detail yourself. Completely unacceptable.

They gave me a $1500 estimate I got a second opinion which was a lower price point and was more through this company. The other company informed me that the problem was not as large as this company had originally informed me.

It was a long period of time to get the work done. When they moved my property and my things to start the process my things werent put neatly at all, everything was just thrown and scattered around.  When they pulled up the rug from my steps they cracked two of them and didn't notify me at all. There were nails left in the flooring from the rugs they removed. They covered everything when they started with plastic and when they completed the job they didn't remove any of it. They just left their garbage all over my house. Update: They changed management, and came back out and ended up doing a great job.

The entire process when smoothly.  They did exactly what they said and did it in a timely manner.  Work included water removal, roofing repair, drywall on ceilings and painting.

This project went extremely well and the workmanship was excellent. I was very pleased with everything they did and would recommend them for any restoration project you have.

It was quite a bit of money on the house.  They provided service from April through June of 2012.  It was insurance, it probably was $23000 but my part was $1700.  Since it went through insurance I don't know if it was a good price or not.  Responsiveness was a problem.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. THEY CHECKED ON THE HOUSE EVERYDAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DRYING. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEIR MANAGEMENT ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE. THEY REALLY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. THE INSURANCE REP SAID THEIR WORK REALLY SHOWS THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
