"Ms. Michele F. was contracted on 2/26/21 and gave a deposit the same day. The contracted work was completed on 4/16/21 and final payment was made that same day. We have heard nothing back from her until January, 2023. Ms. Michele F. is currently covered under our warranty, for any areas we serviced that may have issues arise as long as the areas we serviced contractually have not been tampered with or altered in any form or fashion. We currently have her on our service board and will notify her as soon as possible for assessment and any repairs that may be covered under our warranty."

"We sued this client for nonpayment and won. He admitted to the judge that he separated the line, removed dirt from around our pump liner. He signed our completion form and the loan documents. He also stated that the crew was awesome. He then cancelled his loan. It was an obvious attempt to get out of paying and get our services free of charge. He perjured himself several times in court. The courts recognized this and awarded us accordingly. We have a copy of the judgement available on request."

"This job was turned down by Aquadry because the customer wanted us to change the scope of work. I explained to (consumer name withheld per their request) that I could not do what he was asking. It would not correct his problem. He was six weeks out of his contract recession, thereby legally negating any refund. The refund has been returned to the homeowner."

"[Consumer name withheld at their request] did get water after our installation. The owner personally went to his home to assess the situation. He concluded that we would redo the waterproofing because of the amount of water getting in after the original installation. While this is a rare occurrence, happening only several times in over six hundred installations, it can happen. He commented on our response times being less than stellar. The owner left several messages to set up the re-installation with no return response. The installation was not sloppily done as he stated. In fact, it was done to the same standard as any other installation we do. This was a negative comment made by a disgruntled customer. It has no merit in its attempt to damage our reputation. I have reached out to[Consumer name withheld at their request] to rectify his water problem only to be met with insults and cursing. I respect a customers right to be upset if something doesn't work as anticipated, but refuse to be demeaned by this person. We have offered the work to be redone. If he doesn't let us, there is not much we can do. As always, Aquadry Waterproofing strives to give excellent customer service and complete, permanent foundation repair. We acknowledge that sometimes we fall short on that intention. It is not by choice or malicious intent. Sometimes water finds ways to get where we don't want it to go. Therefore, it is not realistic to not have the occasional service call. That is what our warranty is for.
