Dave, a licensed and insured contractor was recommended to me after the previous contractor walked off the job, having stolen and installed used / broken materials. Dave immediately stepped up to the plate, taking over, pointing out all previous errors and immediately getting them correct corrected. He and his crew show up early (6:30 a.m.) and start working. They are a well oiled team of knowledgeable workers. Dave, is on the job working and constantly reviewing all others work. He also has taken the time to discuss various aspects of the project, offering money saving alternatives, but always reminding me that he'll do whatever I want as he wants me to be happy. He also demanded that the workers respect that they were in a residence and to guide themselves accordingly. I've since learned that Dave has several divisions to his company. One a grout company and the other a commercial awning company which acts as a sub-contractor installing awnings principally at Arby's and Burger King facilities around the country. To say that I'm pleased with the work would be an understatement. I am most thankful that the 1st contractor decided to leave and that I was fortunate enough to meet Dave and crew: Hard working professionals who take pride in their work.
